Which devices are bast suited for these vape juices and why?

We would recommend you to use sub-ohm devices while enjoying Razz and Jazz e liquids. The reason for this is because the range uses a higher concentration of Vegetable Glycerine than Propylene Glycol, the juice thens to be quite thick. Figuring that much, Devices using a sub-ohm tank will vaporise this e liquids more efficiently, without incurring into burning the coil prematurely, and enhancing the flavour produced by the e liquid.
