Making The Switch To Vaping

Start with a starter kit

You shouldn’t start off with sub-ohm models or mods until you feel ready, as there are a lot to choose from, 
so making the correct choice is vital.


Find the right E-Liquid

With hundreds of flavours and strengths to choose from, selecting your first few e-liquids can be a daunting task. Most people will go with a sample pack or base their choice on flavours they already like (fruit, sweets, etc.). If you have to vape and smoke, then do it

A lot of people struggle to get straight off cigarettes at first, choosing to smoke as well as vaping. This will still help you feel better and eventually quit; as you’re cutting down on the number of harmful chemicals that are in traditional cigarettes whole also giving your body time to adjust to vaping.


The occasional cigarette isn’t the end of the world

It is common for people to have the occasional cigarette, and that’s ok, you won’t have negated all the progress you’ve made and won’t suddenly be addicted once more. We advise analysing the triggers that may lead to the odd cigarette, and how you might be able to avoid it in the future.

For example, if you’re with friends who smoke, packing your favourite e-liquid and set up might be the best option, so you can still get your nicotine hit while on the go.


Work your way off nicotine slowly

While you don’t have to, the aim for many vapers is to eventually quit their nicotine habit.

Give your body time to work its way off nicotine by lowering the levels that your ejuice contains, so your body can adjust each time. Eliquids are available in a number of nicotine strengths so you can do this gradually. Eventually, after some time, you’ll be able to go to zero (nicotine free).
