Read good reviews before I purchased and I am not disappointed. Really Lightweight, good battery life for it being built in and charges quick as well.
I have been using the Aegis Mini Mod for a while now and it has not failed on me once. The battery life is long lasting and has a good power output of up to 80 watts. I use it with my Nautilus Mini at 12 watts but when i transition to sub ohm vaping then I have future-proofed myself.
The Aegis mini posed an interesting question for me, is it really as indestructible as they say it is?
A vape friend of mine had the Aegis Legend which was quite hefty and actually felt like a steel safe in terms of build quality, so i was surprised when this smaller, less chunky version came out.
I do not recommend doing the following, but as it happened i did so here it is.
Needless to say i did test it out a bit, obviously not running it over with my car but i have dropped it a few times and it held up very well as well as accidentally dropping it in the sink whilst doing the dishes. Apart from my tank being flooded with water and needing a coil change, there was nothing wrong with it and i even went as far as to screw in another tank whilst the thing was still wet and it still performed.
As far as i'm concerned it does hold up to it's big brothers reputation and i think that if you're as clumsy as i am, this may be a good place to start.
