IVG Nexio Prefilled Pod Kit
The IVG Nexio is a rechargeable prefilled pod kit built for straightforward, mouth-to-lung vaping. The kit comes complete with a 2ml prefilled pod and an 8ml refill container, giving 10ml of e-liquid in total for up to 10,000 puffs. Once both are empty, they're simply removed and replaced with a fresh IVG Nexio refill pack, while the device is kept and reused.
A 1000mAh integrated battery, draw-activated firing and a percentage LED display keep everyday use simple, with no buttons or settings to work through. Each prefilled pod houses a built-in mesh coil, and the range spans 30 flavours across sweet fruit, frosty ice, cool mint and sugary candy profiles. All e-liquid is 20mg nicotine salt.

Battery & Charging
The Nexio runs on a 1000mAh integrated battery, charged via USB-C, and recharges fully in a little over an hour. This is enough to last a full day of use between charges. A USB-C cable is not included in the kit, so a compatible cable is needed to charge the device if one isn't already owned. An LED screen near the base of the device displays the remaining charge as a percentage, so it's always clear when it's time to recharge. Firing is draw-activated throughout, with no buttons to press.
Prefilled Pod & Refill System
The Nexio kit comes with a 2ml prefilled pod and an 8ml refill container, giving 10ml of e-liquid and up to 10,000 puffs in total. To set up, the prefilled pod is attached to the refill container and the combined unit is inserted into the device. Once both are empty, the pod and container are removed and replaced with a fresh IVG Nexio refill pack, while the battery body is retained. Refill packs are prefilled with 20mg nicotine salt e-liquid and are available across 30 flavours.
Mesh Coil
Each prefilled pod houses a built-in mesh coil, which heats e-liquid quickly to support consistent flavour throughout the pod's life. As the coil sits inside the pod itself, a fresh coil is included with every refill pack.
How to set up the IVG Nexio Kit
- Remove the IVG Nexio device and refill pack from the packaging.
- Plug a USB-C cable (sold separately) into the charging port at the base of the device.
- Peel off the stickers and remove the red silicone seals from the refill pack.
- Attach the prefilled pod to the refill container.
- Insert the assembled refill pack into the IVG Nexio device.
- Puff on the mouthpiece to vape. The device produces a discreet amount of vapour for an MTL inhale.
When the pod and container are empty, replace them with a fresh IVG Nexio refill pack in the same or a different flavour. The battery body is retained.
