To unlock your Geekvape vape, press and hold the “+” and “-” simultaneously. Some models will additionally require you to then press the fire button 3 times in quick succession.

To turn on your Geekvape kit or mod, press the fire button 5 times in succession within 2 seconds.

To reset, turn off your Geekvape kit by pressing the fire button 5 times in quick succession, then hold the “+” and “-” buttons simultaneously until the firmware code displays. At this point, hold all three of the “fire”, “+” and “-” buttons together until the screen changes. The device will then reset to factory settings.

To remove the old coil in a Geekvape tank, unscrew the bottom of the tank. Prime your new coil by dripping some vape juice onto the exposed sections of cotton on the coil. You can then insert the new coil back into the tank. Reassemble your vape by screwing the bottom of the tank back on.

Geekvape Rebuildable Deck Atomizers (RDA) and Rebuildable Tank Atomizers (RTA) are both types of rebuildable tanks. They allow you to build your own coil to your desired resistance and attach it to the deck, rather than using prebuilt coils as you would in a traditional tank. 

• RDAs – These have a deck on the bottom of the atomizer where the coil attaches, and you manually drip e-liquid onto the wick. RDAs lack a tank, so they will only hold as much e-liquid as the cotton of the wick can absorb.
• RTAs – These have a tank, as you find on a traditional vape tank. This combines the customizability of building your own coil with the convenience of having a tank to hold more e-liquid.
