What is a mesh tank?
A mesh tank is usually a sub ohm vape tank that will use a mesh coil. Mesh coils have become very well known for creating impressive vapour production and intense flavour. Mesh coils are still relatively new but they have been adopted by a large selection of manufacturers.
What does the mesh improve in a vape tank?
Mesh increases coil life and actually reduces the chance of every getting a hot spot within the coil. The mesh is created using a variety of patterns with the most popular being a hexagonal pattern that is made into a circle and is surrounded by cotton.
Are mesh tanks the best for vapour and flavour?
A lot of people now use mesh tanks for this very reason, they create amazing flavour and dense vapour.
What resistance do mesh tanks use?
Almost all mesh coils are below 0.25 Ohm in resistance and are perfect if you are looking for a great way to vape your favourite E-Liquid.
What is Mesh?
Mesh tanks are vaping coils which contain mesh as the heating element within the replacement coils. Mesh coils heat up more evenly and avoid producing hot spots. When you use a mesh tank, you will find that you get more flavour production and cloud production.
How long do rebuildable coils last?
There is no given standard time you should keep a single coil. Replacing coils all depends on how often you use your device. You can expect your coil to last you about 2 weeks. You can use your coil longer, but due to build-up on the coil, you will lose flavour and vapour production. However, you can clean the coil with an old toothbrush and warm water.
What's the best way to keep your device in working order?
You should treat your vape kit like any other electronic device and make sure it is stored properly. The most important thing to remember is to keep your device away from water, other liquids and extreme heat or cold. When not using your vape we suggest keeping it upright whenever possible.
How to prevent burn coils?
All coils will need to be replaced after a certain amount of use. The time between coil replacements will vary according to the e-liquid used, output power setting and personal vaping habits. Actual vary from case to case.
This issue can be solved by trying these steps as below:
1. Make sure to prime your coil upon first use. 1 drop of e-liquid per cotton juice port is enough. Once primed, allow the coil to stand in a 3/4 full tank for at least 15 minutes before vaping.
2. Allow your coil to "break-in" before using it at the maximum recommended wattage level. Start your coils off at the low end of the recommended wattage range, and gradually increase to your desired wattage level slowly over the first day of using your new coil.
3. Please try opening up your airflow more. The more airflow that passes through the coil, the cooler the coil will be, and the less likely you will get a burnt taste.
4. Check the sweetener and VG levels of the e-liquid you are using. The thicker the e-liquid (higher VG percentage) and sweeter the e-liquid (higher sweetener content), the more likely it is to cause burnt flavour. We recommend using sweetener-free e-liquid for best coil longevity. If possible, try a different e-liquid to see if the e-liquid you are originally using is the cause of the burnt flavour.
