It is easy to return your device to IQOS if you are not happy for any reason – just let IQOS know. You will receive an email on Day 12 and Day 15 of your trial to give you the choice to return or keep the device.

If you’ve decided that IQOS isn’t right for you, IQOS will contact you in the following days to arrange a free returns label so you can return the device

If you decide to keep the IQOS ILUMA Device, that’s fantastic news! Just let IQOS know your decision in either your Day 12 or Day 15 email. After that, there’s nothing more you need to do. IQOS will automatically charge the outstanding payment for your trial device on the 25th day after your trial order was placed.

Keep

If you want to keep your IQOS ILUMA, that’s great! Just select the “Buy and Keep” option in the email to confirm. You will be automatically charged the remaining cost of the device around 25 days after your initial sign-up date.

Extend

If you need more time to decide, that’s not a problem. Simply select the “Extend” option in the email to extend your trial period by 7 days. Keep an eye on your emails during this extension for further instructions and information before making your final decision.

Return

If IQOS ILUMA isn’t for you, that’s absolutely fine. Just select the “Return” option in the email and provide a reason for your decision. IQOS will handle the rest. After your decision, IQOS will call you within two days to arrange your free return.
