Covid-19 Update

What are we doing?

In response to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, we wanted to share with you some updates we are making to our business operations.

Online

We are working with suppliers to ensure that we have enough stock to meet the current high level of demand from customers. We are advising customers not to bulk buy as this may lead to products being sold out and unavailable to others.

The website is open 24/7 and we can dispatch orders same day until 6 pm.

Warehouse

We have stepped up our already high cleaning procedures and implemented an enhanced cleaning and sanitization schedule for all of our workspaces and storage facilities. All of our team are wearing certified masks and gloves and are maintaining the recommended 2m social distancing policy.

The increase in orders and extra safety steps we are taking has resulted in additional time to process orders, to help minimise the risk of any delays we have added extra team members to our warehouse team and are doing everything we can do to ensure orders are out on time

Dispatch

Royal Mail

With the increase in online sales nationwide Royal Mail are facing delays, they have to follow the same restrictions and are working hard to ensure all deliveries are completed.

DHL

No delays to deliveries are currently being reported. Please use this method if your order is urgent.

London Next Day and Same Day Courier

If you live in London, why not have your order delivered to you the same day, order by 3pm and select Same Day Courier for delivery up till 9.30pm. If you've missed the 3pm cut off, you can still always have the order delivered the next day up to 9.30pm. Currently these options are only available for London Post Codes.

Retail Stores

Our retail stores are open for the time being, and we are operating following the latest government advice, such as ensuring that staff members are using a face mask. As usual, we are urging everybody to follow the safety guidelines and keep safe during these difficult times.

We will continue to review the situation and ensure that the health of our customers and staff remains our top priority. We urge everyone to stay up to date with the latest information from Public Health and the NHS. In these tough times, it is important to listen to the advice so we can get through this and return to normal times.
