What's the best way to get my subscription?
The best way to sign up to vape subscriptions is to select your desired vape box and purchase this separately so that it enables you to edit and customize your delivery frequency at a later stage when required.
Can I cancel my vape subscription?
After your third delivery, you can cancel your subscription.
Can I change my vape subscription?
Yes, you can at any point edit your subscription choices and delivery frequency.
How do I order more than one vape box?
Select the box you would like to subscribe to, then select the products you would like to have included in the subscription and add to basket, repeat this again to add another box. This will allow you to make changes to each box if required at a later stage.
Why is my discount not working?
Vape subscription orders are not available with discount offers. You'll have to purchase the box separately from the rest of the order.
