Performance
The XROS 6 Mini houses a 1600mAh integrated battery, which Vaporesso rates for up to four days of typical use. Charging is via USB-C at DC 5V/2A. Maximum output is 30W, with the device automatically selecting the correct wattage for the pod you're using. The XROS 6 Mini uses 2A charging rather than the 3A fast charging found on the standard XROS 6, so charge times are slightly longer.
VENTURI Airflow System
The XROS 6 Mini uses Vaporesso's VENTURI Airflow System, which the manufacturer describes as an industry-first design that applies fluid-dynamics principles to the airflow channel. The result is reduced turbulence, less draw resistance, and a quieter inhale compared to conventional pod airflow designs. The system is intended to improve flavour delivery alongside overall draw consistency.
COREX 3.0 Heating Technology
All XROS pods compatible with the XROS 6 Mini use COREX 3.0 heating technology. This third-generation platform incorporates a Hive Mesh Structure produced using a Nano-Microfiber Process, paired with aerospace-grade cotton wicking material. The design aims to improve aroma reproduction, flavour clarity, and wicking speed compared to earlier COREX generations.
SSS 2.0 Leak-Resistant Technology
SSS 2.0 (Stable Seal System 2.0) combines thermal leak-prevention design with improved structural sealing at the pod and connection point. This dual-layer approach is intended to significantly reduce leaking and mess during daily use and travel, compared to the original SSS construction used on earlier XROS devices.
60s Smart Prime
After filling the pod with e-liquid, the 60-second Smart Prime reminder prompts the user to wait one minute before taking the first puff. This allows the coil to fully saturate, reducing the risk of dry hits and helping maintain consistent flavour performance from the first draw onwards.
Battery Indicator
The XROS 6 Mini uses a five-stage tidal LED indicator in place of a screen. Five LEDs lit indicate 80-100% charge, four LEDs 60-80%, three LEDs 40-60%, two LEDs 20-40%, and one LED indicates below 20%. The indicator gives a clear, at-a-glance read of remaining battery without the need for a display.
Airflow Adjustment
A side-mounted airflow control slider allows the draw resistance to be adjusted between a tight MTL and a looser MTL draw. The setting can be changed at any point to suit the e-liquid or coil resistance being used.
Pod Compatibility
