Questions and Answers

What is Mouth To Lung ?

Mouth to lung vaping (MTL) refers to inhaling vapor into your mouth and letting it linger there for a while before inhaling it into your lungs. To vape mouth to lung, take a draw on your vape device, hold it in your mouth then inhale it into your lungs before exhaling it.

What makes a kit MTL ?

A mouth to lung kit is a device that replicates the draw of a cigarette. Vaping on an MTL ecig involves a two-part process: first draw vapor in the mouth, and then inhale it to the lungs.

What are the best liquid to use on a MTL device?

MTL devices are better used with PG-based E-Liquids,  as they provide a throat hit and usually work better with a high nic strength. Mouth-to-lung tanks use thinner e-liquids, like those comprised of 50% PG or higher percentages. This delivers a pleasant throat hit, as well as a very enjoyable flavour.

Should i go for Nicotine Salt or Pure Base Nicotine?

Nicotine Salt is a “newer” form of nicotine that has been finding its way into eliquid over the past few years. While Pure Base tends to be quite harsh, Nic Salt is much smoother on your throat while inhaled, and due to this, most Nic Salts E-Liquids contain a higher level of Nicotine. Also Nic Salts effect on your body is different; while Pure Base Nicotine gives you a slower and constant Nicotine dose, the first gives you a much faster Nicotine Rush, which your body assimilates at a quicker rate. So, if you are looking to stop smoking, and afraid of Nicotine craving while still wanting a smooth vape, Nic Salts should be your pick, but if you are looking for a harsher throat hit at a lower Nicotine dosage, sticking with Pure Base could be the better option.

What's the difference between voltage and wattage?

Voltage is the direct current given out by the battery and the wattage is the measure of power distributed to the coil from the battery. Wattage can be changed easily using a variable wattage device. More importantly, Voltage will take all the set power the user has defined in the menu and send all of it through the coil. Variable Wattage on the other hand uses the coil's resistance as a guideline and takes the Ohms into consideration, ensuring too much power is not sent to the coil causing it to fail. VW is used in every single regulated device today as it is the most popular form of adjustment.

How long do coils last?

Most coils can last up to  7-14 days, although that approximation depends on how often you vape, and your vaping habits. An important aspect is knowing the signs of needing to refill your tank, in order to avoid firing the device while there's no liquid, and consecutively burning the cotton of the coil. Two warning signs that you need to change your coil is a reduction in flavor production, and a lower amount of vapor emitted from your tank.

How long can a battery last, and what chargers should i use?

Ideally you want to use the compatible charger provided with the purchase kit, at all times. The reason for this is if a charger that is not compatible to the device is used, too much current goes into the batteries, meaning they can overheat and eventually stop functioning. Battery capacities vary from each device; they will indicate an mAh, which essentially is the battery capacity. Usually after a 6 months use, the capacity within the battery starts to decrease, making the battery life last less.

Nautilus 2S Filling:

Refilling the Nautilus 2 tank is simple to do and is mess free with this child resistant tank. Unscrew the top cap in an anti-clockwise motion and this will come of with a few turns. Place your thumb or finger on the top cap (above the indicator) and push away from you which will reveal the e-liquid filling slot. Push the nib of your e-liquid bottle down into the tank through the e-liquid filling slot and squeeze the bottle to fill. Once filled, slide the top cap back into place and then screw the top cap back down.

The unscrew and push action plus the perfect amount of strong resistance to open the tank ensures that this tank will be child resistant and leak free.

Nautilus 2 Coil Installation:

Coil installation is a simple process and if you follow the steps below you will find this easy to do.

  1. Invert the tank to remove the base.

  2. Push down the child-proof mechanism and unscrew to disengage the coil component.

  3. Detach the used coil and replace this with a new one.
