The Nitecore Ci2 is a smart, dual-bay USB-C charger compatible with a wide range of Li-ion and NiMH/NiCd batteries, and it's seriously quick. With a single-slot maximum output of 3000mA, the Ci2 can bring a 3500mAh 18650 battery from 30% to 80% in just 35 minutes.
Fast Charge Mode is available when the charger is powered by a QC/PD-compatible device or adapter (sold separately). In Standard Mode, the Ci2 delivers up to 2000mA in a single slot or 1000mA across both bays simultaneously, with each slot managed independently.
Just pop your batteries in and let the Ci2 handle the rest. It automatically detects charge levels, selects the correct voltage and charging mode (CC, CV or -dV/dt), and cuts off once charging is complete. It also features a dedicated IMR battery programme and can revive over-discharged Li-ion cells with a protection circuit.
A simple LED display keeps you informed at a glance: red indicates fast charging, while one, two, or three green lights show charge levels of approximately 30%, 80%, and 100%, respectively.
Safety is taken care of too, with built-in protections against overtime charging, short circuits, and reverse polarity, plus intelligent temperature management for confident, worry-free use.
