Solved the problem

These do exactly what it says on the tin.
Nicotine delivery without involving the lungs.
And my understanding is that without any tobacco, they are less harmful to the mouth and gums too.
Chose the stronger version, and it was certainly strong enough.
Nicely subtle taste. Long lasting effect. My lungs are grateful.
Only gripe is it took me a strong minute to work out how to actually open it!

Good alternative

Strong tingly sensation but settles nicely. No salty taste like other fake snoose. Flavour is really light but is there and nice.
I have used the same brand and strength on transatlantic flights and it has tided me over nicely.
